Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no email to hand over. Install it and start using it.
Do you track me?
No. There is no analytics, no usage statistics, no crash reporting and no advertising or social media pixels. Nothing counts how often you open the app or which features you use.
Does it need the internet?
No. Everything works offline. The only time the app goes online is if you press Check Ver. yourself to see if there is a newer version.
Where do my notes go?
Into one folder on your own computer. Not to a cloud, not to us, not to anyone else. There is no sync - if you want your notes on a second computer, you copy the folder across yourself.
What do you know about me?
Nothing. No accounts, no records, no mailing list. If you send us an email we see your email address and what you wrote, the same as any email - and nothing more.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell it, rent it, share it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers. There is nothing to sell, because we never had it.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, and you do not need to ask us. Delete the folder and it is gone for good. We hold no backup, so there is nothing left anywhere.
YOUR FILES
Notes, to-do lists, timetable, clocks, timers and settings all sit in one folder on your machine, along with a Log.txt the app writes for itself.

Microsoft Store installs use their own sub-folder under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\.
Nothing is uploaded. Delete the folder and it is gone; we have no copy. Because your files never leave your machine, what protects them is your Windows login and your own backups. On our side there is no user database to break into.
WHAT LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER
Nothing, unless you press Check Ver. in Settings. That reads the latest version number from our site and sends nothing about you. Our host then logs the usual IP address and time, which we use to keep the site online. If you enter a licence key, it is checked on your own computer. The app saves a short code made from your hardware beside it, so the licence stays tied to that machine. That code never leaves your computer.
WHY WE HOLD ANYTHING AT ALL
UK and EU rules ask us to give a reason. Ours is simple: we need basic website logs to keep the site online and safe, and we need your email address to reply if you write to us. Nothing else.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Website logs last only as long as our host keeps them, then they are gone. Emails are kept while the conversation is useful deleted within 2 years, and deleted sooner if you ask. Anything the app creates stays on your computer for as long as you want it.
YOUR RIGHTS
In California you can ask what we hold and have it deleted. There is very little to ask about, as we keep no records about you. If you have emailed us and want that deleted, just ask.
CHILDREN
This is an ordinary desktop tool, not aimed at children.
